HOW LONG IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Generally we recommend that you call two weeks in advance to schedule. If you have an urgent request please call as early as possible.
CAN YOU CLEAN PET HAIR OFF THE VEHICLE CARPET AND SEATS?

Yes! We can remove almost all pet hair from vehicle carpets and seats. We have the right equipment available to allow us to safely remove all pet hair and is included with our Back to New detail package or you can request it as an add on to our Basic Interior detail.
DO YOU USE QUALITY CAR CARE PRODUCTS?

We use professional grade products; you won't find dish soap in our buckets. From the exterior to interior, you will find we use all top quality products that work to clean, protect, and enhance the look of your vehicle.
HOW LONG DOES A DETAIL USUALLY TAKE?

A detail on a car can vary widely depending on the condition of the vehicle and the services requested. Generally our maintenance detail can take 1-2 hours, a more significant detail can take up to 6-8 hours.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY VEHICLE DETAILED?

A full detail is only needed when a vehicle is in bad shape. Once you have your initial deep detail, all that is required to keep it up is maintenance details. These can range depending on vehicle use and weather conditions.
DO YOU OFFER A MAINTENANCE PLAN?

We absolutely do! Because every detail is different we can't give a quote over the phone but we can definitely come to an agreed schedule and depth of detail at time of service. With a maintenance plan, it locks you in so you don't have to worry about when your next wash is due. It's all set up for you so you can get back to what matters.
